United Nations published this video item, entitled “🇧🇴 Bolivia – President Addresses General Debate, 75th Session” – below is their description.

Jeanine Añez Chávez, Constitutional President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, addresses the general debate of the 75th Session of the General Assembly of the UN (New York, 22 – 29 September 2020). In a video message address to the General Assembly’s General Debate Bolivia’s interim President Jeanine Áñez Chávez today (23 Sep) said, “under which authority does the Argentine Government make meddling the key to its foreign policy towards Bolivia?” Áñez continued, “under which authority does it protect Evo Morales’ violent conspiracy against Bolivian democracy from Argentine soil?” She said, “let the Kirchnerist populism know that the Bolivian nation is not privately owned by any caste. We are a sovereign and respectable people. Bolivia must be respected. Bolivian democracy must be respected. The Bolivian people must be respected.” The Bolivian interim President’s comments were pre-recorded and aired in the General Assembly Hall as previously agreed by the General Assembly in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the inability to gather world leaders in New York as customary, this year’s General Debate will witness the largest-ever participation of heads of states and government in UN history. ————- Watch Other Addresses to the General Debate of the General Assembly (in English) https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwoDFQJEq_0aJH_BvTusC_a48Ac9_rN-q Watch General Debate of the General Assembly (in original language) https://unwebtv.live/75_UNGA_FL
