Millions of Americans are drying out and cleaning up after strong winds and record-breaking amounts of rain brought heavy flooding to the Mid-Atlantic.

It also brought the worst tidal flooding since Hurricane Ida in 2003. As Jennifer Johnson reports, extreme weather disasters are becoming the new normal.
