    Across Europe, countries and cities are struggling to respond to the second wave of coronavirus. Restaurants in Madrid closed earlier on Sunday, the first day of a nationwide curfew from 11pm to 6am. The measure comes days after nationwide cases topped one million. Italy, which recorded 21,000 new cases on Sunday is also bracing for new measures, with restaurants and bars to stop serving from 6pm.
