A lawsuit against a Quebec hospital has been filed by an indigenous family after a woman –37-yo Joyce Echaquan– died as she live-streamed her treatment in hospital during her final hours. A nurse and another hospital worker, who were heard insulting Joyce in the video, have since been sacked. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has addressed the issue in parliament.
