Beirut-based Hamas representative Osama Hamdan says today’s attack on al-Fakhoora school in Khan Younis proves that no part of Gaza is safe.
Israel has claimed that southern areas of the Gaza Strip are safe from bombardment, he said, but it is clear that its army does not distinguish between any parts of the besieged coastal enclave.
“Today, another massacre, this time in al-Fakhoora UNRWA school, which was bombed by Israeli warplanes. Once again, the school is also located within the Khan Younis area, an area alleged by [Israeli] occupation forces to be safe. They continue to propagate false reports with the hope to evacuate the entire north part of Gaza,” he said at a press conference.
