China to repatriate citizens from Iran over coronavirus

China is sending a charter plane to repatriate citizens from the Iranian city of Qom, the first of several flights planned by Beijing.
It comes as the outbreak is easing in China.
But cases are mounting abroad, including in neighbouring South Korea and Japan.
