ABC News (Australia) published this video item, entitled “Calls to end infighting at LNP Convention | ABC News” – below is their description.

LNP’s recent convention is expected to be the last in Queensland before the upcoming Federal election.

The Prime Minister addressed the party faithful via video link and praised Queensland LNP leader David Crisafulli for bringing the party together.

Mr Crisafulli, echoing others, called for an end to infighting.

He said recent reforms have united the party but warns there’s more to do.

Former premier Campbell Newman has since resigned saying he was dismayed the political wing “failed” to stand up for the party’s core values.
