Toast cumin, chili and peppercorns then grind in a mortar 2. Add spice mix and all ingredients together in a pot bring to a boil and then simmer 3. Lather ribs or meat of your choice as it is finishing RIBS Place into a roast tray with 2 liters of water and a tablespoon of soy sauce.
