Toast cumin, chili and peppercorns then grind in a mortar 2. Add spice mix and all ingredients together in a pot bring to a boil and then simmer 3. Lather ribs or meat of your choice as it is finishing RIBS Place into a roast tray with 2 liters of water and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Wrap in foil and cook for 2-3 hours on 160 Celsius/325 Fahrenheit
