Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
For the marinade
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Crushed garlic
- Ginger
- Tsp Sugar
For the topping
- Toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Stir marinade ingredients together.
- Pour half marinade mixture over salmon.
- Grill salmon (grill for about 6-8 minutes or until the fish lightens in color, becomes more firm to the touch and the flesh flakes – meaning it separates easily along the white lines that run across the fillet)
- Stir fry sugar snaps, pak choi, spring onion on a high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Gently heat remaining marinade in a saucepan.
To serve
- Arrange vegetables on a plate
- Place grilled salmon on top
- Pour over heated marinade.
- Top with toasted sesame seeds.
