Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets

For the marinade

  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Crushed garlic
  • Ginger
  • Tsp Sugar

For the topping

  • Toasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. Stir marinade ingredients together.
  2. Pour half marinade mixture over salmon.
  3. Grill salmon (grill for about 6-8 minutes or until the fish lightens in color, becomes more firm to the touch and the flesh flakes – meaning it separates easily along the white lines that run across the fillet)
  4. Stir fry sugar snaps, pak choi, spring onion on a high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Gently heat remaining marinade in a saucepan.

To serve

  1. Arrange vegetables on a plate
  2. Place grilled salmon on top
  3. Pour over heated marinade.
  4. Top with toasted sesame seeds.
