Adding weights to your training is a great way of building strength and increasing the intensity of your workout. In this workout I’m using 2 x 12kg Dumbbells. Give it a go and let me know what you think.

40 seconds work | 20 seconds rest

Step up T-openers

1 Push up 1 plank thruster

DB thrusters

Fast feet low sprint

Squat curl and press

DB Thrusters (R)

DB Thrusters (L)

Burpees

Plank

Single leg crunches

2 Reverse lunges 2 bicep curls

Bear crawl

Bear stance DB rows

Goblet squats

Broad jump shuffle back

Floor press

Wide press ups

Running punches

Climb the rope

2 lunge jumps 1 burpee
