The Late Late Show with James Corden published this video item, entitled “Democrats Fully Prepared To Never Use “Armageddon Option”” – below is their description.

James is out of quarantine and back in studio to discuss the news of the day including an earthquake that shook LA over the weekend, the political fallout after the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and Sunday night’s Emmy awards.

Includes anecdotes from the LA earthquake, an Alicia Keys performance, and coverage of the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg – said Corden: “you don’t have to have lived in this country long to understand what an incredible impact she had throughout her career as a lawyer, a professor, only the second female judge on the Supreme Court…. America has lost an absolute hero and an icon. The notorious RBG”

James Corden also explores the Democrats’ plans for an “Armageddon Option” – explored in Mike Allen’s piece for Axios – whereby Democratic control of the Presidency and Senate may be leveraged to add DC and Puerto Rico as new states, and stars on the flag, in order to expand the Supreme Court and appoint new judges.
