Ainsi, une vague pandémique frappe les pays où la vaccination avance lentement ; et l’inflation est en hausse, ce qui a contribué à un rétrécissement de la marge de manœuvre monétaire, ajoutant aux difficultés d’un espace budgétaire limité.
