The 108th Tour de France, which will be held from June 26 to July 18, 2021, starting from Brest, will be a double-header. The contenders for the final victory will have to be in the game right from the start, with the final of the second day, where two portions of the Mûr-de-Bretagne climb, tackled in a different configuration, are likely to be indigestible. And they will have to be strong again, ten days later, on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, for the first time proposed twice and by two different sides, before the dive on Malaucène. Between these two crucial meetings, there will already have been something new, with four stages drawn in the four Breton departments, from Brest to Fougères, full of traps between coastal winds and bumps of the Armorican Massif.
