Text: Record fires continue to flare along the West Coast of the United States. Several states are still battling flames which have consumed entire communities. Oregon is the latest hotspot. But President Donald Trump has now approved its disaster declaration, making it possible for the state to access federal funds. Al Jazeera’s Rob Reynolds reports from Estacada in Oregon. –
