Westminster Bullying: Two years on – BBC Newsnight

It was a Newsnight investigation in March 2018 which first brought to light cases of bullying and harassment in the House of Commons. Tonight, in an extraordinary victory for campaigners, MPs backed a new rule to prevent the House from discussing a ruling following a complaint of bullying or harassment.

Following that victory Emily Maitlis interviewed former Clerk Jenny McCullough, who we first spoke to in 2018, to give her reaction to the reforms and whether two years on the culture in Westminster has really changed.
