The 2023 #BRICS Summit concluded in #SouthAfrica on August 24. CGTN Stringer invited a teacher and student from the Confucius Institute at Durban University of Technology in South Africa, who recently received a letter in reply from President #XiJinping, to give their views on the summit. Nompilo Mkhulisi, a student representative, said what she liked most about BRICS was that it encouraged greater cooperation among countries and also gave hope to the issues they were facing, such as high unemployment rates.
