Venezuelan government plans to rewrite constitution

Venezuela is moving closer to a July election to form a constitutional assembly.
That group will have the power to rewrite the constitution.
Opposition parties are calling the vote a power grab attempt by President Nicolas Maduro, but refusing to participate could be a gamble.
