An “offensive and inaccurate” historical document that falsely claimed Tasmanian Aboriginal people no longer exist has been pulled from UNESCO’s World Heritage website.
The UN agency is next month expected to adopt an updated version of the document, which acknowledges the continuous connection of First Nations people to the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area
