The United States and South Korea have reached an agreement on defense cost-sharing, under which Seoul will pay higher costs for hosting American troops, the U.S. State Department said on Sunday. Besides, the two sides will begin this year’s joint military exercises on Monday. #US #SouthKorea #militaryexercise
