Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations Marc Miller will hold a news conference with Chief Ouray Crowfoot of Siksika Nation after participating in a signing ceremony at the First Nation in Alberta.

A notice on the Nation’s website inviting its members to the event says it’s a signing ceremony for the 1910 Global Settlement Agreement. The settlement includes various land claims and comes with a one-time payment of $1.3 billion.

A small group of protesters could be seen outside of the Fairmont Palliser Hotel Wednesday evening in Calgary, where Trudeau is staying.
