Informal comments to the media by Vassily Nebenzia, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations, on Maintenance of peace and security of Ukraine.
He said, “today’s meeting of the Security Council, which was requested by the USA and Albania, presented a good opportunity to discuss the tenth anniversary of the so called EuroMaidan in Kyiv, a wave of civil unrest orchestrated by the West, full of bloodshed that led to the unconstitutional coup d’etat.”
According to Nebenzya, Russia will convene an Arria-formula meeting on this issue in December.
