The inquiry into the ill fated Ruby Princess voyage in March found “inexcusable” mistakes were made by New South Wales Health when it allowed two and a half thousand passengers to disembark the ship in Sydney, but stopped short of making recommendations for the future. Some passengers say that doesn’t go nearly far enough.
