Record number of Australians holding down more than one job to make ends meet | 7.30

ABC News (Australia) published this video item, entitled “Record number of Australians holding down more than one job to make ends meet | 7.30” – below is their description.

There are now more job vacancies than unemployed Australians. That record demand should mean we see workers’ wages finally rise – except the opposite is happening. This month, ABS figures revealed an all-time high of 900,000 people now holding down at least two jobs to make ends meet. Elias Clure reports.
