Protesters in New Zealand performed the haka outside the US consulate in downtown Auckland in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement.
It was one of the many protests that took place around the globe to after the death of George Floyd in the US – which has sparked outrage that has swept across a politically and racially divided United States.

The incident led to widespread protests across the United States.
