    Britain’s Home Secretary Priti Patel said on Sunday the reputation of the BBC had been “compromised” following a scathing report on its explosive 1995 interview with Princess Diana.

    Patel added there would be an opportunity for the government to “look at new ways of governance” of the BBC during a review being undertaken on the institution’s charter next year.
