Just as the ‘Hollywood Dream Coaster’ was about to zoom down the track, a power cut at Universal Studios Japan brought the roller coaster to a halt. The stoppage left a number of passengers trapped at the highest point of the ride until they were later guided down safely through stairs. All other attractions in the theme park were also shut down due to the power outage.
