    Hoons caught speeding on Canberra roads could soon be stripped of their licences and have their cars impounded under laws being considered in the ACT.

    The proposed laws would only apply to those going 45 kph or more over the limit – a move which the Australian Federal Police Association says will make Canberra’s roads safer.
