Victoria’s coronavirus death toll has risen to 27 over the last 24 hours, with a woman in her 90s succumbing to the virus overnight.

The state is one week into a six-week lockdown, with 151 penalties issued to people attempting to leave Melbourne over the past week, and Victoria Police fining 63 people over the last 24 hours for breaching restrictions
