Deputy Nationals Leader Bridget McKenzie has quite Cabinet in the wake of the so-called sports rorts affair.

It follows the release of a report by the country’s top bureaucrat that found she breached ministerial standards by failing to disclose her membership of a gun club that received federal funds.

The Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, received the report from the head of his department last night, and announced Senator McKenzie would be standing down as Agriculture Minister.
