  1. Dear Mr Christys,

how much is the value of a nurse work? How much is your earning? What income could afford a comfortable life? And why would it be so terrible, if nurses were able to live comfortably and healthy? Why is it so important to harm nurses? What is up with the persistence of 12 hour shifts?

Are you certain that a pay rise of 4% brings more value, when inflation is around 10% and not considered relevant to pay rise?

Do you believe that nurses voted on lock downs, using military terminology, deskill the profession and ignoring all medical facts?
Are you aware that there are very different regulations in place for managers, doctors and nurses? have you explored conflict of interests?

Why is it that nurses must be punished for managers’ decisions, that override nurse concerns? And be declared anxious for it?

Does the public know that most nurses are never able to rise up in ranks? Please look at agenda for change contracts, job profile evaluation and how it fails to be applied…

Why is it that some people appear to expect that nurses must give their lives for manager profits and never care for them selves?
