Numerous wrongful convictions uncovered in Japan

Japan has one of the lowest crime rates in the world, much lower than most industrialised countries.
But its criminal justice system is under increasing scrutiny.
Lawyers have uncovered numerous cases of innocent people being jailed, sometimes for life.
