Nicola Sturgeon confirms coronavirus moved from ‘contain’ to ‘delay’ phase

The Scottish first minister tells reporters that we have moved to the delay phase. Cobra has not decided to close schools or colleges, but the decision is under review.

From tomorrow if you have symptoms of coronavirus you should stay at home and self isolate for seven days, the Scottish first minister says.

These symptoms include a fever and a persistent cough
