    New York City will reopen at full capacity starting July 1, Mayor Bill de Blasio said Thursday. The city has administered more than 6 million doses of Covid vaccines so far, with roughly 36% of the city’s adult population fully vaccinated, according to city data. “Our plan is to fully reopen on July 1. We are ready for stores to open, for businesses to open, offices, theaters, full strength,” the mayor said.
