A woman’s life was turned topsy-turvy, quite literally, after she fell out of a seventh-floor window only to land on a laundry rack and hang from the metal wires upside down. A neighbor spotted her and rushed to the rescue. The incident happened in Yangzhou City in east China’s Jiangsu Province.
