A #China-#Europe freight #train that set off from Nanjing for a destination in Russia marked a milestone by transporting 30,000 carriages of cargoes on January 27. The city operates two routes for the China-Europe freight rail network with three to four runs per week, heading to Asia and Europe respectively. It has become an important channel of international trade in the Yangtze River Delta, turning Nanjing into a key hub along the Belt and Road route.
