After two shootings in London over the past week and gun violence at a nine year high, a mother whose son was shot and killed in a case of mistaken identity is calling for weapons to be taken off the streets.
Monique Bate’s son Lamar Griffiths was fatally shot while inside a friend’s car in Sheffield in March.
