A hospital in central China’s Henan Province has been providing medical care and telemedicine for children with cerebral palsy from northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. After several years of treatment, over 760 children are able to get back to school. And the treatment is especially effective with children under two years old.
