The IFAW Beijing Raptor Rescue Center (BRRC), co-established by the International Fund for Animal Welfare and Beijing Normal University, and authorized by the Beijing authorities, is a dedicated rehabilitation facility for birds of prey. Since its establishment in 2001, the center had rescued and rehabilitated 5,825 raptors as of June 2023. The BRRC team provides each bird with the utmost care, ensuring their full recovery and eventual release back into the wild. Their expertise and dedication contribute to the birds’ survival and adaptation in their natural habitats.
