The 53d Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, hosted by Vietnam from September 9 to 12, focuses on issues like ASEAN cooperation and community building, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The ASEAN-China Ministerial Meeting is one of the 20 gatherings organized within the framework of the event.
The ASEAN, founded in 1967, groups Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, the Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
