People have been protesting outside the US embassy in Lebanon’s capital city Beriut, following the war between Israel and Gaza.
Security forces have used tear gas and water cannons to try to contain the crowds.
There were also protests outside embassy buildings in Jordan, Libya and Iran.
Lebanon’s Hezbollah militant group called on Muslims and Arabs to “move immediately to streets and squares to express intense anger”.
