    Dozens were injured after a fire spread through a high-rise apartment in the South Korean port city of Ulsan early Friday, officials said. Footage from the scene showed a huge ball of orange flame soaring up the 33-floor building and shooting through the roof as firefighting crews tried to put out the blaze from below.
