Ukraine’s foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, said US support for Ukraine had not been ‘shattered’ after Congress passed a short-term funding bill to avert a government shutdown that excluded aid for Ukraine. Kuleba told reporters in Kyiv: ‘We don’t feel that the US support has been shattered and we … because the United States understands that what is at stake in Ukraine is much bigger than just Ukraine’.
Kuleba added that his government was in contact with Republicans and Democrats and was confident that ‘necessary solutions’ could be found
