North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is reportedly leaving his country by train, and is headed for Russia to meet with Vladimir Putin.
That’s where he’s expected to hold a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin as soon as Tuesday.
It will be Kim’s first visit abroad in more than four years.
