Kenyan evangelical preacher Paul Mackenzie Nthenge is due in court in the coming hours, after police exhumed the bodies of more than 200 of his followers.

More than 600 people are still missing.

Authorities accuse him of ordering his cult members to starve themselves to death so that they could meet Jesus.
