Gravity Industries, a company headquartered in the U.K., has teamed up with paramedics in rural northwest England to test a jet suit that would allow first responders to shave vital minutes of response time in flight. The jet suit was tested in a variety of scenarios. In one mock situation it took a paramedic just 90 seconds to reach an area that would have taken 25 minutes to reach on foot. The suit can reach a speed of 51 kilometers and a height of 3,658 metres.
