At least 20 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a residential building in Rafah in southern Gaza.

The victims were displaced Palestinians seeking refuge from Israel’s indiscriminate bombardment -in what was supposed to be a safe zone. The people sheltering in the building near the Kuwait hospital were women and children.

Al Jazeera’s Hani Mahmoud reports from Rafah.
