Healthcare workers in Zimbabwe are leaving in droves for far better paid jobs overseas – our reporters have been looking at the how the healthcare service is coping with major personnel shortages. And Dakar opens the city’s Art Biennale which showcases over 80 artists from Africa and its diaspora.
