The ski resort town of Gulmarg, India, claims to be home to the world’s largest igloo cafe. Called Snowglu, the cafe is 11.5 metres (38ft) tall and has a diameter of 13 metres (44ft), and can accommodate up to 40 people at a time. After opening to the public on February 4, 2022, it has attracted visitors from all over the world.The igloo was motivated by the current world-record holder, an igloo cafe in Switzerland, which has a height of 10 metres and a diameter of 13 metres. The igloo is soon to be certified by the Guinness World Records.
