WA has reported two new local cases.
One is an unvaccinated man in his 50s, linked to the Cockburn cluster. He has been in quarantine.
The second is a vaccinated man in his 60s who was transferred to hotel quarantine. Authorities are working with him to try and understand how he may have contracted the virus, however, it’s believed to be linked to the Cockburn cluster too.
Health Minister Amber-Jade Sanderson says he lives with four other men, who will also be placed into quarantine and have been tested.
