New South Wales’ existing COVID-19 restrictions have been extended until midnight on Friday, July 2. In addition, people who live in, or have worked in four Sydney local government areas in the past two weeks, will be locked down. The affected LGAs are, Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick and Sydney.
NSW has recorded 22 new locally acquired COVID-19 infections since the state government gave its most recent update yesterday. There are now 65 cases linked to the Bondi cluster.
